You can fight gravity. Or exert your own.

On Charles Bukowski’s gravestone it simply reads “Don’t Try”

He is exactly right.

Stop TRYING. DO.

You can try to be successful. Or you can do it. You can blame it on bad luck.. and the economy.. and the weather.. and your tv… and whatever.. OR you can develop your vision, and your goals, and you can plan it out, and you can go for it. This formula will guarantee you success.

If you’ve followed this formula - Developed your dream, written down precisely what goals you must reach and planned out how you’re going to conquer each one- then DO IT. And you will be unstoppable.

DREAMLINING: MasterMinds Exert Their Own Gravity Amongst the Stars.

The creative process is lust. Is romance. Is the fuzz on a peach. Is ignoring the shackles of coherence. Is you and me and miscreant offspring.

If you can dream it, you can be it. If you integrate this formula, you will have no excuse for failure. Developing your vision is the most important and hardest step, you, as a development mastermind, must take.

How do you eat an elephant? The Answer: ONE BITE AT A TIME.

Your vision is your overall mission statement. It describes your purpose and your dream. Developing It is the most IMPORTANT task you will ever undertake. Once it is set in place, everything else will be a piece of cake.

You may use methods ranging from highly analytical and rational to highly creative and divergent, e.g., focused discussions, divergent experiences around ideas, brainstorming, etc. Therefore, brainstorm with the other members of your team about how they might like to arrive at description of your vision.

When wording the mission statement, consider the products you offer, the market you’re in, values, concerns, and the public image you want to display. Also prioritize your goals along the way.

Consider changes that may be needed in wording of the mission statement because of any new creative strategies that may have developed during the planning process.
Ensure that the wording of your vision is to the extent that potential clients can infer some order of priorities in how products and services are delivered. Quality over quantity. Etc.

Remember that your mission statement must include a unique description that definitively separates your mission from that of other companies.

Once your mission statement is set in place, your overall vision is complete. But remember, you can only eat an elephant a bite at a time. Next, you need to develop your goals. Your goals represent the rungs on the ladder that you must step on to reach your destination above the clouds.

All you have to do is plan out exactly how you are going to achieve each of your goals and follow through. Be specific, true, and honest to yourself with a realistic timeline. If you stick to this formula, there is no way you can fail. Backwards planning, and motivation are key. Time management will be essential during this phase.

Overview..

1.Develop your vision. Begin “Dreamlining”

2. Create Goals.

3. Plan out how you will climb your “rungs on the ladder” within a realistic time line.

4. Follow through.

That’s why MasteredMinds has so much faith in their clients and their potential. They know that all you need are the tools to succeed and they are excited to help you and become a part of your legacy.

You can talk to an experienced mastermind about dreamlining your vision of success today. You can fight gravity, or exert your own.

Astoundry

With this project, we were tasked with incorporating a CMS (content management system) into an existing image based site. The goal was to convert a site filled predominately with images, which do not appear in search results, into a text based site that would be included in search results, without changing the existing design.

Our solution was simple, elegant and price conscious. Using open-source technologies, InfoExperts developed a custom CMS platform that was deployed in a Microsoft environment utilizing IIS, SQL Server and PHP. The results were a cost effective solution deployable on existing infrastructure, that was easy to manage, and readily available to search engines and spiders.
